Meta Ads Specialist, D2C Health ($0.5M–$1M+/mo)

Job Description

Everlab is a fast-growing preventive health company based in Australia and New Zealand, helping consumers understand and optimize their health through data-driven diagnostics. The company is scaling its Meta acquisition engine and seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage a high six-figure to seven-figure monthly ad budget across full-funnel campaigns. You will own all aspects of Meta campaign management, including prospecting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and broad targeting strategies. This role requires expertise in campaign architecture, high-velocity creative testing (launching 10+ ad variants weekly across Feed, Reels, Stories, and multiple formats), budget allocation to maximize CPA and ROAS, and diagnosing performance issues such as audience and creative fatigue. You will collaborate closely with creative strategists and designers, and maintain accountability for key metrics including CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates. This position requires proven experience managing single accounts with $500K–$1M+ monthly Meta spend, ideally in health, wellness, beauty, or other regulated and considered-purchase categories. You must demonstrate deep familiarity with Meta platform dynamics, including Advantage+ campaigns, campaign consolidation, and attribution shifts.
