Job Description

Engagement: Freelance / Part-time to start, with potential to expand Work style: Remote Experience level: Experienced operator; demonstrated execution matters more than credentials About the company : An AI-powered creator marketing platform helping brands produce, test, and scale creator-led short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, and paid advertising channels. We combine AI-assisted creative production, creator intelligence, and performance-driven campaign workflows to help brands discover what resonates with their target customers, generate differentiated content, and scale the creative that works. We are looking for someone who can help us build that system from the ground up. The Role We are looking for a hands-on Creator Growth & Performance Content Lead to own our creator program end to end. You will recruit and manage a curated network of capable creators, identify creative opportunities for brands, develop video briefs, coordinate production, and use campaign performance to guide the next round of content. This is not a traditional influencer marketing or social media management role. We are not looking for someone who simply schedules posts, manages relationships, or creates content calendars. We want an operator who can combine creator sourcing, creative strategy, performance marketing, and AI tools to build a repeatable growth engine. You should be comfortable starting small, testing quickly, learning from actual results, and building processes that can eventually support dozens of creators and hundreds of creative assets. What You Will Own 1. Build and recruit a high-quality creator network Identify and recruit experienced UGC creators, niche influencers, and on-camera talent through Instagram, TikTok, creator communities, and other relevant channels. Build a targeted creator pipeline based on specific customer segments, industries, content styles, geographies, and creative capabilities. Evaluate creators based on content quality, communication, reliability, audience relevance, and ability to deliver distinct creative concepts—not follower count alone. Conduct personalized outreach, manage applications, and onboard selected creators. Develop creator referral mechanisms to attract proven talent. Maintain a selective roster rather than accepting every applicant. 2. Develop a performance creative strategy Turn brand positioning, customer pain points, product benefits, and existing marketing assets into compelling short-form video concepts. Develop creative briefs, hooks, scripts, formats, and variations for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social campaigns. Assign creators to specific customer segments or creative opportunities so each person has a clear reason to participate. Design structured creative experiments across messaging, storytelling, product use cases, customer objections, formats, and calls to action. Ensure each new asset explores a meaningfully different creative hypothesis rather than producing superficial variations of the same video. Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, localization, and creative iteration where appropriate. 3. Run the creator program like a performance team Establish creator onboarding, production expectations, submission deadlines, feedback loops, and quality standards. Give creators clear briefs and actionable feedback to improve their output over time. Review performance with the team and translate winning insights into new creative assignments. Build a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with brand teams and media buyers to understand which audiences, messages, and formats need more creative coverage. Help creators understand how their work contributes to campaign results and how compensation or bonuses may relate to performance. 4. Build a repeatable content production engine Establish a realistic weekly production cadence across a small, high-quality creator roster. Track concepts, scripts, production status, approvals, usage rights, publishing status, and performance in a simple operating dashboard. Coordinate content adaptation for organic distribution and paid advertising, subject to brand requirements, platform policies, and usage permissions. Identify content gaps: customer segments nobody is addressing, product benefits nobody is demonstrating, formats the brand has not tested, and markets that lack relevant creatives. Prevent creative fatigue by continuously developing new concepts rather than repeatedly copying a winning video. Help Genieus turn its AI capabilities into a practical workflow that reduces production friction while maintaining creative quality and creator authenticity. 5. Measure results and optimize Work with available platform analytics and advertising data to evaluate creative performance. Track metrics such as: Number of qualified creators recruited and activated. Approved and usable videos delivered per week. Creative diversity and tes
