Growth Marketing & Social Lead for Early-Stage Fashion Startup About Find My Fits Find My Fits is an early-stage fashion discovery platform designed to answer “what should I wear?” We make complete, shoppable outfits searchable by occasion, location, dress code, style and more. Our initial audience is professional women ages 25–35, starting in NYC. The product is live, and I’m transitioning to working on the company full-time. I’m looking for someone who can become a hands-on growth partner as we move from early product to customer acquisition. What I’m looking for I need someone who can help develop and execute our consumer growth strategy across organic social, content, creators/UGC and eventually paid acquisition. This is not just a posting/scheduling role. I’m looking for someone who understands how to grow an early-stage consumer brand, test channels quickly, analyze what is working and turn that into a repeatable growth engine. You would help with: - Instagram strategy, content creation/editing and publishing - Pinterest strategy and content production - Developing Reels, carousels and other repeatable content formats - Creator/UGC strategy and campaigns - Brand positioning and messaging - Growth experiments to drive qualified traffic and users to findmyfits.com - Paid social strategy/testing when appropriate - Analytics and reporting: traffic, CAC, engagement, conversion and retention - Identifying which acquisition channels deserve more investment The ideal person You have experience growing an early-stage consumer, fashion, beauty, marketplace or e-commerce company and can show measurable results. You have strong taste and understand fashion/lifestyle creative, but you're also highly analytical and growth-oriented. I am specifically looking for someone who can own execution, not someone who needs the founder to film and edit the majority of the content every week. This could become a significant ongoing engagement if we work well together.
