Full-Time Short-Form Video Editor – $1.5-2K/mo

We are seeking a full-time short-form video editor to join a fast-growing personal brand built by an 8-figure serial entrepreneur. You will edit 8–10 engaging videos daily for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, transforming raw footage into high-retention content with captions, motion graphics, sound design, and strategic pacing. This is a core team position with long-term growth potential, not freelance work. You will work independently from daily creative briefs while collaborating closely with a small, efficient team. The role offers consistent editing style guidance, clear creative direction, and opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation as the brand scales from 10K to 100K+ followers. Ideal candidates have a strong portfolio of short-form content, proven experience editing for TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work quickly. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with compensation of $1,500–$2,000 USD/month depending on experience. Thailand or UK time zone required.
