An APAC-focused HR and Employer of Record (EOR) company is seeking a freelance B2B Content Creator to support their content marketing initiatives. The role involves creating and maintaining a consistent content cycle across short-form video, social media, and blog formats, with a focus on translating complex B2B topics into clear, engaging content for an international business audience. Key responsibilities include writing SEO-friendly B2B blog articles, repurposing content across multiple formats (blog to LinkedIn to short-form video), developing video concepts and scripts for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Instagram Reels, and editing short-form videos with captions, graphics, and transitions. You'll also suggest content ideas based on B2B trends and help translate industry updates and employment law changes into accessible video content. The ideal candidate has proven experience creating B2B content, ideally with background in HR, SaaS, or professional services sectors, and demonstrates strong video editing and social media production skills.
