SaaS Creative Assets Package — Photography & Video

Sakan IQ, a pre-launch AI-powered real estate investment intelligence platform for UAE brokers and investors, is seeking a creative professional to produce a comprehensive marketing assets package. The project includes developing 5-8 high-resolution photography assets across three formats (landscape, square, and portrait) featuring product UI mockups, lifestyle imagery, and clean product packshots aligned with modern SaaS/fintech aesthetics. Additionally, you will create 3-4 short-form video content pieces (15-30 seconds each) in landscape, square, and vertical formats showcasing app demos, user testimonials, and brand propositions. The client will provide raw materials including app demo screen recordings, beta user testimonial footage, brand guidelines, color specifications, and creative direction with a feedback loop throughout the 2-4 week timeline. You should have proven experience in SaaS, fintech, or tech product creative work, with a strong portfolio demonstrating social-ready video production and a clean, modern aesthetic aligned with technology branding. The fixed budget is $1,350 USD, with 50% payment upon concept approval and 50% upon final delivery and acceptance.
