You will create engaging, authentic-feeling videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions. Your responsibilities include writing conversion-focused scripts, editing polished videos using tools like CapCut, adding voiceovers and effects, and delivering ready-to-launch ad creatives that feel natural rather than overly produced. You should have proven experience creating UGC or AI-generated videos with a strong understanding of viral hooks and short-form content trends. Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Runway, or Pika is essential. Experience with eCommerce, beauty, or oral care brands is a bonus, as is demonstrable knowledge of ad creatives that convert.
