Short-Form Editor for Social Clips

I run Gravity Co., a commercial production company (recent work includes campaigns for Supreme, Adidas, and Nike). I'm looking for an ongoing short-form editor to cut our commercial footage into social clips and produce some original short-form for our own channels. Before we talk volume, I'd like to run a quick paid test so I can see your short-form instincts on our material. I'd send you about 90 seconds of raw footage and ask for two cutdowns optimized for different platforms. If it's a fit, I'm looking for a steady monthly arrangement rather than one-off gigs.
