UGC Creator for AI Startup – $4/Video, Remote

We are building an in-house team of UGC content creators for our AI startup with a commitment to long-term collaboration. This is not a one-time project—we're seeking creators who can produce authentic, human-created UGC videos on a recurring basis for a minimum of one year. We require real people and authentic content only; AI-generated videos are not accepted. You will create various types of UGC content including product demonstrations, testimonials, talking-head videos, problem-solution formats, and advertisement videos. You'll follow provided scripts and creative guidelines, incorporate feedback from our team, and maintain consistent monthly output of at least 20 videos. Compensation is $4 per video with a monthly minimum guarantee based on the 20-video commitment. Ideal candidates are confident and natural on camera, creative, reliable, and able to follow instructions. While no professional UGC experience is required, you should understand UGC basics, be comfortable speaking on camera, have access to a smartphone with good camera quality, and be willing to learn and improve based on team feedback.
