We are seeking an experienced short-form video editor to produce 150 high-quality videos per month for social media distribution across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will work with provided raw footage and reference videos to create engaging, trend-aware content that maintains consistent style and quality standards. Responsibilities include editing approximately five videos daily, adding captions, subtitles, text overlays, and transitions, and ensuring all content follows proven viral formats and platform best practices. You must accurately replicate reference video styles while maintaining creative quality and meeting strict monthly deadlines. Ideal candidates have demonstrated experience editing short-form social content, strong understanding of viral trends across platforms, and the ability to work reliably and consistently at scale. This is a long-term position with potential for increased workload and compensation as the brand grows.
