Hotel Worker Instagram & TikTok Collab — $150

Hosco is a hospitality talent platform connecting 1.5M+ professionals with 7,000+ employers across 80+ countries. The company is seeking an authentic collaboration with current hotel employees to showcase real career growth stories and how Hosco supports hospitality professionals. You will create one short, unscripted video (30–45 seconds) sharing your genuine experience working in a hotel and how Hosco connects talent with top employers. The video will be posted simultaneously as an Instagram Reels collab post (with @hosco_community as co-author) and on TikTok (tagging @hoscocommunity). The tone should be authentic and natural, shot on a phone camera. Deliverables must be completed within 3 weeks of brief approval. Minimum requirement: 10K followers on Instagram and/or TikTok. Eligible roles include front desk, food & beverage, housekeeping, concierge, and other hotel positions.
