## APP EXPLAINER VIDEO CONTRACT — VIDEO-001 Personal Safety Mobile App | 7 Milestones | 6 Core Feature Videos + 1 Overview Reel | Fixed Price: $3,500 --- WORK START DATE Production will not begin until the internal team has fully finalized both the mobile application UI and the website. The client will notify the contractor through platform messaging when both are ready. No storyboards, scripts, or production work should begin before that notice is received. All scope, terms, acceptance criteria, and payment conditions are fully described in this posting. All work and payments occur exclusively through this platform. --- ABOUT THIS PROJECT We are building a forensic-grade personal safety mobile app preparing for beta launch. The platform serves domestic violence survivors, healthcare workers, gig workers, single parents, truckers, business owners, and women's safety communities. We need an experienced app explainer video creator to produce seven videos that make complex platform features feel simple, clear, and immediately compelling to everyday users. These videos are public-facing marketing assets published across social media platforms and community channels during beta to drive installs and build a user base before official launch. Every video must make a first-time viewer want to download and use the app the same day they see it. --- HOW THIS CONTRACT WORKS This is a milestone-by-milestone engagement. Each milestone is funded, activated, and approved independently through platform escrow. The client will activate each subsequent milestone only after the prior milestone is approved. Approval of one milestone does not guarantee activation of the next. Continuation depends on the quality of work delivered. --- MILESTONE 1 — SAFE WALK AND SAFE TRIP | $500 | 60 SECONDS | INITIAL DELIVERABLE Two personal safety session modes in one compelling video. Safe Walk: a woman walking alone at night, a nurse leaving a late shift, a rideshare driver finishing a long day — monitoring the journey, recording audio and video, alerting emergency contacts if she does not check in safely. Safe Trip: a long drive, a road trip, a trucker on a haul — same core protection across a longer journey. Show how the session activates, what it does during the session, and how it ends safely. Both modes must feel immediately relatable to at least three of the seven target communities. --- MILESTONE 2 — EVIDENCE VAULT AND EVIDENCE PACKAGE | $500 | 60 SECONDS The platform stores recordings with forensic-grade SHA-256 integrity — every recording sealed, timestamped, and tamper-proof. Certified evidence packages are delivered directly to law enforcement, attorneys, or private investigators. Target viewer: a domestic violence survivor who recorded an incident and needs that evidence to hold up in court. Must convey trust, permanence, and court-readiness without being clinical or alarming. --- MILESTONE 3 — RIGHTS CARD | $500 | 60 SECONDS A library of legal rights cards for any encounter — traffic stop, workplace situation, police interaction — with suggested scripts the user can read in real time. No competitor has this feature. Target viewer: business owners, gig workers, anyone who has not known their rights in a high-pressure situation. Tone must be empowering and confident. --- MILESTONE 4 — FAKE CALL | $500 | 60 SECONDS Triggers a realistic incoming call that allows the user to safely exit any uncomfortable or dangerous situation. Target viewer: domestic violence survivors, women's safety communities, anyone who has needed a believable exit. Must feel immediately relatable within the first 10 seconds. This is the most shareable video in the series. Tone: warm, clever, empowering — not dramatic, not alarming. --- MILESTONE 5 — VOICE ACTIVITY DETECTION — VAD | $300 | 45 SECONDS An explanation of RestfulSync's Voice Activity Detection engine — what it is, how it works, and why it matters for every user on the platform. VAD is the intelligent audio detection layer built into every Safe Walk and Safe Trip session. VAD operates in the background without any action required from the user and is jurisdiction-aware, applying the correct recording consent rules automatically based on the user's location across all 51 US jurisdictions.
