Teamified, an Agentic AI Hiring Platform, is seeking a motion graphics and explainer video creator to produce short, punchy animated videos that communicate product features and value. The role begins with a paid test project (3 short videos, 10–15 seconds each, $100–200 total) and transitions to ongoing work for the right candidate, with several videos commissioned monthly. You will work from a complete brand kit including logo, color palette, fonts, and assets, plus provided scripts and reference clips. Core deliverables include 15–30 second animated explainers, social ad cuts in multiple formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1), polished product and screen demos, and occasional AI-generated or cinematic hooks. The ideal candidate has strong 2D motion graphics skills (After Effects or equivalent), solid video editing experience (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or similar), and a portfolio demonstrating SaaS and B2B explainer work with animated UI elements. You must work disciplined to brand guidelines and communicate clearly in written English with fast turnaround times.
