Short Form Video Editor for Real Estate – $10/reel

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented short form video editor for long-term collaboration. You should have a strong eye for pacing, dynamic visual storytelling, and viewer engagement from the opening frame through the final second. This is a performance-based role with clear deliverables and growth potential. The role requires editing a minimum of 30 reels per month, with each video ranging from 30 seconds to 1 minute. Your editing style should feature fast-paced, attention-grabbing hooks, constant visual momentum, clean and dynamic captions, and B-roll that seamlessly integrates with the spoken narrative. Work will be delivered in batches of approximately 10 videos, though frequency may vary. Compensation is $10 per edited reel, starting with a baseline of $300 monthly and scaling as the project grows.
