Job Description

We run private paint parties for company teams in Seattle (SODO). An artist walks the whole team through one painting, drinks and supplies are included, and everyone takes their painting home. $75 a person, 20 person minimum. We need a creator who can make 3 short vertical videos that feel like a real person talking to their phone, not like an ad. The viewer is an office manager, executive assistant or HR person who has to plan the team party and get their boss to approve it. What you get from us 1. Three scripts (about 20 to 30 seconds each). You can put them in your own words as long as the facts stay the same. 2. Real footage from our events (painting close ups, people laughing, the artist teaching, finished paintings held up) to cut in as B roll. 3. A short brief: who the viewer is, the tone, what not to say, and the shot list. What we need from you 1. 3 green screen style videos, 9:16: you cut out in front of our website (seattlesipandpaint.com) as it scrolls behind you, talking straight to camera like a creator reacting to a site. 2. Each one edited with the website background, our B roll and simple captions, plus the raw talking take with no edits. 3. Optional: 3 extra hook variations (different first line) for each video. Style we want Casual, a little funny, like you are telling a coworker about a good idea. Think "office manager tip" more than "commercial." No reading off a screen, no fake excitement. Wording rules: say "drinks are included." Do not mention food or catering at all. Who we are looking for Someone who looks the part: an office manager, executive assistant or HR lead, the person who would actually book this event for their company. Business casual, a natural office or kitchen background. You should feel like the coworker who organizes things, not an influencer. We attached an AI made example of the format and pacing we want. We want the real, human version of it: your face, your voice, the same green screen style. Good fit if you 1. Have done UGC or green screen talking head ads before (please send 2 or 3 links, phone filmed is perfect). 2. Look and sound like someone who plans office events (we will never ask you to pretend you attended our event). 3. Are in Seattle or the Pacific Northwest (bonus, not required). Budget: $100 fixed for all 3 edited videos + the raw takes. Hook variations are optional and only if they fit that budget. Timeline: first video within 5 days of getting the brief. To apply, start your message with the word "canvas" so we know you read this, and tell us which of the three angles below you would film first: A. "Need your boss to approve the team party? Send them this." B. "Fun fact about me: I don't have a fun fact. That's why I hate icebreakers." C. "In Seattle, 'let's do something sometime' means never. Here's the something." The format (see the attached AI example) Film it the way creators do a green screen reaction: you are cut out and placed in the bottom half of the frame, and our website (seattlesipandpaint.com, on a phone screen) fills the background behind you. As you talk, the background scrolls to the part you are talking about: the price, what is included, the themes, the quote form. Use CapCut's green screen or background remover, or film in front of a real green screen. Point at the site when you mention it. The three scripts (put them in your own words, keep the facts) A. Forward it to your boss "Okay, office managers. If you're the one planning the holiday party, and you need your boss to say yes, send them this. It's a private paint party in SODO. Twenty five people is eighteen seventy five. Artist, every supply, setup and cleanup. Drinks are included. One number for the whole thing. Link's right here." B. Fun fact "Fun fact about me: I don't have a fun fact. Nobody does. That's why icebreakers are so awkward. At a paint party, nobody has to introduce themselves. You get a canvas, a pro artist, and the same mountain to paint. The talking starts on its own, usually about everyone's mountain. Seventy five dollars a person, drinks included. Link's below." C. Seattle "sometime" "In Seattle, 'we should do something sometime' means never. So here's a something, with a date on it. Your team, a private studio in SODO, a pro artist, canvases, drinks. Two hours. No icebreaker required. Everyone leaves with their own painting, and at least one of them will be good. Seventy five a person, twenty minimum."
