About Us Welcome to RoyalGirl.store! We are a brand-new, online-only women's fashion and dress boutique based in Ontario, Canada. We are looking for talent to help us build our brand from the ground up. Whether you specialize strictly in Shopify website optimization OR strictly in content creation (or can do both!), we want to hear from you. What We Need Help With (Open to Specialists or All-in-One) *Shopify Store Optimization (If you focus on web): - Redesign and edit store layouts for a sleek, high-converting aesthetic. - Integrate and configure customer review apps/widgets. - Optimize key pages, including the Product Page and Return Policy/Information Page. Daily Content Creation & Social Media (If you focus on content): - Create fresh, engaging content every single day across 3 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. - Conceptualize and produce short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), graphics, and promotional posts tailored to women's fashion. Requirements & Expectations Strong Communication: Must have clear English communication skills for smooth collaboration. Attention to Detail & Rule-Following: We value precision, thoroughness, and the ability to strictly follow instructions. ***Mandatory Portfolio Submission: If applying for Shopify work: You must include direct links to websites you have built/redesigned. If applying for Content Creation: You must include a portfolio or examples of your content creation work. (Zero Exceptions: Proposals submitted without the relevant portfolio or that fail to follow instructions will not be read.) Proven experience working with women's fashion or lifestyle e-commerce brands. Budget & Compensation Starting Rate: 50 CAD / Bi-weekly (Open to discussion based on scope and experience; looking for a long-term relationship with room to scale as the business grows).
