KOL Outreach & Operations Assistant – $300

We are seeking a part-time assistant based in Malaysia or Indonesia to support influencer marketing campaigns and local product testing initiatives. You will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating local content creators, managing initial outreach communications, conveying campaign briefs, and ensuring smooth creator collaboration. Additional duties include assisting with product testing in your local market, collecting creator payment details, and confirming transaction completions. Your day-to-day will involve leading communications with creators, updating outreach status and progress in shared tracking sheets with high responsiveness, and providing data-driven feedback on campaign performance. You must be highly execution-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills and real-time responsiveness. The role requires fluency in English and offers flexible working hours during standard business times (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mon-Fri local time) with a minimum commitment of 4 hours of dedicated support per day. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus. Compensation is $300 fixed for the engagement.
