UGC Creator – Job Search Platform, €500–€3,000/month

Jobzen, the international brand of MeilleursJobs, is a job search tool seeking an Italian-based UGC creator for an ongoing short-form video campaign. You will film 2 short videos per day on your phone, speaking directly to camera with no editing required. All scripts are provided at the start of each month and can be adapted to your natural speaking style. Videos are distributed across three dedicated campaign channels: Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This is a monthly retainer opportunity with flexible pay structure. Base compensation starts at €500/month for daily video production, scaling to €1,500 if you cover multiple product tools, plus performance bonuses: €1 per 1,000 views on Instagram and TikTok, and tiered video bonuses ranging from €30 (25,000 views) to €400 (250,000 views). Payment is invoiced monthly on the 7th of the following month. You must be a native Italian speaker comfortable on camera for an Italian audience. Faceless or voiceover-only content does not work for this campaign. No follower count or prior experience required; beginners are welcome. You must be able to invoice as a freelancer.
