Job Description

We are preparing to launch a new HR research report targeting senior HR leaders, CHROs and business decision-makers across Asia Pacific. We're looking for a creative video freelancer who can help us bring the report to life through fresh, engaging and unconventional video concepts. We don't want another standard corporate video with stock footage, generic animations and statistics appearing on screen. We're looking for someone who can think differently and turn research findings into content that captures attention, sparks curiosity and encourages people to download the report. What We're Looking For Creative video concepts that make HR research interesting, relevant and shareable. Short-form videos suitable for LinkedIn and other digital channels. Innovative storytelling approaches, including motion graphics, animation, AI-assisted production or other creative formats. Strong hooks that grab attention within the first few seconds. Ideas that can be developed into a series of videos rather than just one promotional piece. Experience translating data, research or complex topics into compelling visual stories. What You'll Do Initially, we'd like to collaborate on developing 2–3 creative video concepts for the report launch. The selected freelancer may then be commissioned to produce the videos, with opportunities for additional work. We're open to different production styles and particularly interested in freelancers who can bring their own ideas and creative direction. How to Apply Please share: Two or three examples of your most creative video projects. One original idea for how you would promote an HR research report through video. Your preferred video production approach and tools. Your estimated pricing for a 30–60-second video. Important: We're prioritising creative thinking over traditional corporate video production experience. Show us something that makes us stop scrolling. We're excited to collaborate with someone who can make HR research feel engaging, modern and genuinely worth watching.
