Restaurant Worker UGC Collab — $150

Hosco is a leading hospitality talent platform connecting 1.5M+ professionals with 7,000+ companies across 80+ countries. The platform specializes in matching restaurant and hospitality workers with employers who value their skills and career growth. This collaboration invites restaurant professionals (servers, chefs, hosts, baristas, managers) to create one authentic short-form video showcasing the pride and craft of restaurant work, while highlighting how Hosco helps hospitality talent find better career opportunities. The video will be posted as an Instagram Reels collab (with @hosco_community as co-author) and on TikTok (tagged @hoscocommunity). Deliverables include one 30–45 second vertical video shot on a phone, posted to both platforms within 3 weeks of brief approval. Compensation is $150 fixed. Creators must have a minimum of 10K followers on Instagram and/or TikTok and currently work in a restaurant setting.
