Content Creator for Ironman Race Day in Cascais – Personal Family Project

I’m looking for a local content creator in the Lisbon/Cascais area to help capture a very special (and fun!) family day. My two brothers are competing in the IRONMAN Portugal-Cascais on October 17, 2026, and I’d love to have someone capture the experience for us throughout race day. This is a personal family project — not a brand, business, sponsorship, or influencer campaign. I’m not looking for a large production setup or highly produced commercial footage. I’m really looking for someone who is creative, comfortable shooting great social-media-style video, and can capture the excitement and personality of the day. The goal would be to capture both of my brothers at different points throughout the race — before the start, along the course where reasonably possible, transitions/important moments, family and spectator reactions, and especially the finish. I’d love a mixture of action footage and candid moments that tell the story of the day. After the race, I’d like the creator to: • Provide us with the usable original/raw photos and video clips • Create approximately 3–5 edited vertical Reels from the footage • Edit the Reels in a fun, energetic, emotional style appropriate for Instagram/social media Privacy is important to us. The photos, videos and finished Reels are being created strictly for my family’s personal use. The creator should not post, publish or use footage of my family on their own social media, website, portfolio or promotional materials without our permission. Because this is an in-person project, you must be in or able to travel locally to Cascais, Portugal on October 17, 2026. We are not providing airfare or accommodations. You definitely do not need to be a large professional videography company. A freelancer, photographer, social media creator, UGC creator, or someone who simply has a great eye for capturing and editing short-form content could be a great fit. If interested, please send me a little information about yourself, examples of Reels or similar content you’ve created, what you typically shoot with (phone/camera/both), and what you would charge for the race-day coverage plus the edited Reels described above. Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who would have fun with this and help us come away with a great memory of a pretty incredible day.
