Instagram Lead Researcher – Paid Trial, Full Training Provided

We work with online creators and help them build and grow coaching and mentorship programmes. We need a reliable, detail-oriented person to find creators on Instagram (and YouTube/TikTok) who fit our criteria and log them in a Google Sheet. This is simple work, and we set you up to do it well. Before you start, we'll give you: - A clear explanation of exactly what type of creator we're looking for - Examples of good and bad leads, so there's no guesswork - A step-by-step guide showing how to find them quickly - A ready-made Google Sheet to log them in We've also attached an example lead list so you can see the exact format we want. If you can follow instructions and use Instagram, you can do this job. No prior experience needed. This is a long-term role. We need around 1,000 leads per month to start, and we'll increase that as we grow. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Search Instagram for creators in our target niches (Sports Betting, Day Trading, Stock Trading, Side Hustle, E-commerce, Real Estate and similar topics) - Use Instagram's "Suggested accounts" feature to find similar creators quickly - Check whether each creator is also active on YouTube or TikTok - Log each lead in our Google Sheet: Platform, Profile Link, Niche, Username, Follower Count PAY (FIXED-PRICE MILESTONES) - $10 per batch of 200 leads, or $50 per batch of 1,000 leads - Each batch is a funded Upwork milestone, paid once the batch is approved - If any leads don't match the criteria in the training, we'll send them back for you to replace before approving the batch HOW WE HIRE 1. Send a short proposal. 2. Shortlisted candidates receive the training material and a paid trial contract through Upwork ($8, fixed price): find 35 leads using what we've shown you.
