Brand Partnerships Assistant for Campervan Creators - $200

An established husband-and-wife content creator team with 200K+ followers across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook is seeking a Brand Partnerships & Affiliate Assistant. The team produces content focused on campervans, van builds, DIY projects, and travel lifestyle, and also operates a custom campervan conversion business. After a year of reduced posting, they are returning to consistent content creation and need support scaling their monetization strategy. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and experienced with the creator and influencer industry. Primary responsibilities include researching brands aligned with the team's niche and audience, identifying appropriate influencer marketing and partnership contacts, building and maintaining a brand outreach CRM, drafting personalized outreach communications, sending pitches and follow-ups, tracking all conversations and opportunities, and organizing incoming partnership inquiries and media materials. The creators will retain decision-making authority over negotiations, creative direction, and final approvals. This is a $200 fixed-rate position open to candidates in the US only.
