We are seeking an experienced short-form video editor to create Instagram Reels for two content accounts focused on motivational and business topics. You will source high-quality clips from long-form content including Jordan Peterson talks, interviews, podcasts, and business speakers, then edit them into engaging 20–60 second Reels optimized for Instagram's 9:16 format. Your responsibilities include identifying viral moments and strong hooks, adding clean captions and subtitles, applying simple zooms and transitions to maximize retention, and delivering approximately 18 complete Reels daily (9 per account). You must maintain consistent editing style and brand guidelines while meeting strict daily deadlines. This is a long-term position with a starting budget of $500 per month. Compensation is performance-based and will increase with demonstrated quality, consistency, and reliability. Ideal candidates have proven experience editing Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts, strong English comprehension, and familiarity with motivational or business content.
