What We Will Provide We will provide you with: The complete script Creative direction Scene/context information Any specific instructions needed for the video Your job is simply to: Understand the script and character Deliver the lines naturally and authentically Act according to the provided creative direction Record and send us the raw footage You do not need to edit the video. Our team will handle: Editing Captions Post-production Final cuts Other creative processing What We're Looking For We are looking for LGBTQ+ creators and actors who can bring scripted content to life in a natural, authentic, and relatable way. You should: Speak fluent/natural German Be comfortable acting on camera Have strong facial expressions and natural reactions Deliver scripted lines conversationally rather than sounding like you're reading Be comfortable taking creative direction Have a good-quality phone/camera Be able to film with clear audio and good lighting Feel comfortable portraying LGBTQ+ characters and relationship/lifestyle scenarios where relevant You do not need to be a professional actor. LGBTQ+ UGC creators, content creators, and individuals with strong acting or storytelling skills are welcome. Content Style Depending on the campaign, the videos may include: LGBTQ+ relationship conversations Dating and relationship situations Personal/lifestyle experiences Emotional storytelling Couple content Friend-to-friend conversations Reaction-based content Self-discovery and personal growth Psychic/tarot-related scenarios Other short-form social media concepts The exact script and scenario will be provided to you. Authentic & Natural Acting The most important requirement is believable and authentic delivery. We don't want the content to feel like someone is simply reading a script. We want: Natural facial expressions Genuine-looking reactions Conversational delivery Appropriate emotions Good timing Strong character understanding Authentic LGBTQ+ representation where applicable You should be able to make the scripted scenario feel like a real conversation or personal experience. Filming Requirements Videos should be: Shot vertically in 9:16 High quality Well lit Clear and stable Recorded with clean audio Filmed against a suitable, uncluttered background We will provide specific creative and filming instructions for each video. Before Filming Depending on the concept, we may ask you to send a quick photo or video of your filming setup for approval before recording. For couple or two-person concepts, we may also request examples of you and your co-creator together to ensure natural chemistry and fit for the concept. When Applying Please provide: A short introduction Confirmation that you are currently based in Germany Your experience with UGC, acting, or content creation 2–3 examples of your best acting or UGC videos If applying as a couple/duo, examples featuring both creators together Your fixed rate per 60-second video Confirmation that you can deliver by the required deadline We are looking to work with LGBTQ+ creators and actors for this project and would love to see your authentic style and personality.
