We're a growing hair transplant clinic in Los Angeles, CA, seeking a reliable Instagram Reels editor for long-term remote work. We have a large library of raw footage: procedures, before-and-after results, educational clips, and talking-head videos. We need someone to turn it into polished Reels that build trust and attract patients. Our style is modern and premium, in line with leading international hair-transplant surgeons. We'll share reference accounts for inspiration, not copying. What you'll do • Pick the strongest moments from raw footage • Edit 15–60 second Reels with a strong hook in the first 2 seconds • Add animated captions, music, sound effects, and transitions • Do basic color correction and audio cleanup • Apply our branding and calls to action • Suggest hooks and concepts to improve engagement • Deliver in 9:16 at 1080×1920 Ideal candidate • Has a strong short-form portfolio (Reels, TikTok, or Shorts) • Understands hooks, pacing, and retention • Is comfortable with close-up surgical footage • Communicates reliably and meets deadlines • Uses Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar • Medical, aesthetic, or personal-brand experience is a must Paid test: $100 The test is one 20–45 second Reel with a hook, captions, music, and color correction. It includes one revision and is due within 2–3 days. If it's a good fit, we'll move to ongoing work. Ongoing: 3–5 Reels per week, paid per Reel or as a monthly package.
