Scale With Direction is a business-focused brand covering AI tools, automation, software, and practical systems for entrepreneurs and small businesses. We're seeking a skilled faceless short-form video creator and editor to produce engaging, polished videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and X. You will transform provided scripts and creative direction into complete 30–60 second videos using b-roll, screen recordings, motion graphics, animated text, captions, sound effects, and strategic visual transitions. Videos should feel modern, fast-paced, and professional—with visuals that actively support the narration and maintain viewer engagement through frequent scene changes and pattern interrupts. AI-generated visuals are acceptable when they genuinely enhance the content. Content topics include AI tools for business owners, business automation, software comparisons (Make, n8n, Zapier, ChatGPT), productivity systems, and practical automation use cases. This is a non-on-camera role focused purely on video editing and production.
