Job Description
We are seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Affiliate Scout to identify and recruit high-performing creators for our culturally inspired satin hair accessories brand. You will analyze qualified TikTok Shop affiliates and deliver five qualified creator recommendations per week via a shared spreadsheet, complete with detailed performance metrics including follower count, engagement rates, TikTok Shop status, and monthly GMV. You must have active access to the TikTok Shop portal and demonstrated experience evaluating creator performance and affiliate potential. Strong understanding of beauty and ecommerce brand positioning is essential, as is the ability to identify creators whose audiences align with our product offerings. Reliable weekly deadline adherence is required. Applicants should describe their TikTok Shop scouting experience, confirm current portal access, and explain their methodology for evaluating affiliate performance potential.
