Growth Marketer – Astrology Marketplace Launch ($5,000)

KAST is a pre-launch online marketplace connecting users with tarot readers, astrologers, and psychics. We're seeking a growth marketer to execute a fully planned 90-day launch sprint with a detailed five-workstream strategy, roadmap, and content templates already in place. This is an execution-focused role with clear deliverables and success metrics. You will own day-to-day execution across five core workstreams: short-form organic content planning and scheduling for TikTok and Instagram (three distinct accounts); creating 16–20 monthly static posts and carousels from brand templates; running a creator and UGC lab sourcing 6–10 micro-creators monthly, collecting raw videos, and producing 15–20 edited cuts; leading content-driven and outbound reader acquisition and onboarding; and producing 8–10 monthly SEO and AI search articles. You'll also conduct weekly signal reviews (engagement metrics, reader applications, bookings) and deliver monthly reports. This is a fixed $5,000 contract for the 90-day sprint. You are responsible for executing a pre-written strategy, not defining it. Creator payments and platform costs are covered separately. The role is fully remote and suitable for someone experienced in growth marketing, organic content, creator partnerships, and marketplace operations.
