The work - Edit raw clips of random real-life moments into tight, high-retention shorts - Sync voiceover narration to the footage with sharp pacing and cuts - Add bold animated captions, zooms, highlights (like red circles) and sound effects -Work across several channels, matching each one’s style You are - Experienced, with a proven record of shorts that actually performed - Fast and consistent, able to turn out multiple videos a week - Obsessed with retention: pacing, curiosity gaps, and knowing when to cut - Comfortable with the narrated, story-style format Clip & Voice over will be provided, your job is editor only!
