Short-Form Video Editor for Real Estate – $100/video

We're seeking a skilled short-form video editor to transform raw real estate footage into viral-style content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You'll edit walkthroughs, drone shots, and lifestyle b-roll while matching a specific reference style with fast pacing, strong hooks, and polished transitions. The role also includes creating VFX-driven content such as anime-inspired effects where properties appear, are built, or are drawn to life on screen. This position starts with a test project of four videos from three properties to showcase your editing style and VFX capabilities. Successful completion may lead to ongoing per-video work and potential for a full-time team role. You'll deliver platform-ready 9:16 vertical exports with professional sound design, captions, and beat-matched transitions. Ideal candidates have a portfolio of short-form or viral edits, strong pacing instincts, proficiency with trendy transitions and sound design, and experience with VFX, masking, or compositing (After Effects preferred). Real estate editing experience is a plus but not required.
