Short-form Video Content Lead + Editor (TikTok / Reels) – AU subscription box brand – long-term

ABOUT US BATCH is a curated subscription box for women across Australia and New Zealand: beauty, home, accessories and wellness, picked with taste, no filler. We're pre-launch and growing our members on TikTok and Instagram (@mybatchbox). Our audience is professional women aged 30–45 in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland who love finding great products before everyone else. WHY WE'RE HIRING We film everything ourselves, but we need someone to help with the creative side: what to post, how to film it, scripting it and editing it into scroll-stopping videos. We want a long-term, highly creative partner, not a one-off editor. WHAT YOU'LL HELP WITH - Content strategy: content categories and a weekly posting schedule - A running list of video ideas - A simple shot list for each video (we film it) - Editing 4 short-form videos a week (TikTok and Reels, 9:16, 15–45 seconds) - Creative, highly engaging on-screen text, plus a draft caption and hashtags for each video WHAT WE DO - Review and approve ideas and shot lists - Film everything in Melbourne on iPhone (our host appears on camera where needed) - Review edits, then schedule, post, share to stories and repost HOW WE'LL WORK TOGETHER - ClickUp for ideas, shot lists, drafts and approvals; Google Drive for footage - Two fixed video check-ins a week during Melbourne business hours (AEST) - Clear weekly rhythm: ideas Monday, filming midweek, edits back within 48 hours of footage YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU - Have edited short-form TikTok or Reels content for brands (portfolio required) - Can come up with creative ideas that are fun and engaging and different (no gimmicky skits) - not just edit what you're given - Know what's working on Australian TikTok and Instagram right now - Write clear, simple instructions a non-creative person can follow - Edit in CapCut or Premiere Pro, and write natural English and can understand the brand language easily - Want ongoing work with one brand for the long term PAY $150AUD per week (paid weekly) for 10 videos plus ideas + shot lists. The first week would be a paid trial for 3 approved outcomes at $45AUD HOW TO APPLY Apply with the subject line "BATCH – [your name]". Include: 1.
