Social Media Assistant TikTok/Instagram | $50/week

We are seeking a US-based social media assistant to manage content publishing on TikTok and Instagram. You will be responsible for uploading pre-created content and captions to both platforms, publishing three posts per day across a seven-day week according to an agreed posting schedule in your specified US time zone. All uploads must be done manually through the native apps on your own phone. Your daily responsibilities include uploading videos and carousels with captions and in-app music as directed, spending a designated amount of time engaging naturally with relevant content, maintaining a simple posting log, and providing brief weekly performance updates. We will establish exact posting times and engagement expectations before you begin. Compensation includes $50 per week for ongoing posting and engagement work, a one-time $20 setup payment for account configuration, and a $20 weekly performance bonus if at least one published post reaches 100,000 organic views within seven days of publication.
