UGC Creator for Styling App – $20–30/video

ALTA is seeking creative UGC creators to produce short-form video content for its AI-powered personal styling app. Creators will build and maintain dedicated Instagram and TikTok accounts, posting 5–7 videos per week that showcase ALTA's features and resonate with audiences. No prior UGC experience is required, though strong work ethic, basic lighting and sound quality, and quick learning ability are essential. Responsibilities include creating and warming up new social accounts, replicating proven video concepts and scripts, and maintaining consistent posting schedules. Successful creators demonstrate natural storytelling ability, receptiveness to feedback, and the discipline to spend approximately 20 minutes daily managing accounts. The role requires ability to replicate established video templates authentically while maintaining a natural, engaging tone. Compensation starts at $20 per original video, with bonus opportunities beginning at $10 for videos reaching 10k views, scaling up to $1,500 per video. Permanent creators frequently achieve bonuses and demonstrate long-term commitment to the program. Position is US-based.
