Short-Form Video Editor for Music – $1,500/7mo

We are seeking an experienced short-form video editor for a 7-month contract role supporting an upcoming album release and music project. You will produce 4 edited videos per week optimized for TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with potential expansion to Instagram Reels and Facebook. This is a long-term opportunity with clear deliverables and potential for continued collaboration. Responsibilities include editing vertical 9:16 format videos with dynamic pacing, kinetic captions, and professional sound design. You'll tailor edits for different platforms, manage raw assets via shared Dropbox, and participate in weekly 15-minute alignment calls with the artist, PR, marketing, and A&R teams. One revision per edit is included, with final approval retained by the client. Requirements: proven portfolio of short-form vertical edits and proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, or equivalent editing software. Remote position open to editors in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
