Job Description

UGC Producer Needed — 15–18 Real App Testimonials, Professional Photos & Consent (USA / Europe) Project: UGC Creator Sourcing, Authentic Testimonials & Photography Participants: 15–18 total (5–6 per app) Preferred Locations: USA, UK & Western Europe Potential for ongoing work About the Project We're TWP Ventures, an independent company developing mobile apps, games, and digital experiences designed to help people learn, grow, think, explore, and have fun. Company website: We're looking for an experienced UGC producer, creator coordinator, or casting specialist who can find and manage 5–6 real people for each of three mobile apps, approximately 15–18 people total. We need each participant to genuinely experience their assigned app and share their natural, personal feedback, accompanied by fresh, professional-quality photographs showing them holding a smartphone with the app visible. These photos and testimonials will be featured on our websites and landing pages. VERY IMPORTANT — AUTHENTICITY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY We want genuine, natural feedback from real people who have actually used the apps. We are NOT looking for actors reading scripts, prewritten testimonials, invented experiences, AI-generated photographs, generic promotional statements, or people repeating what someone told them to say. The producer's role is to help participants explore the apps, ask thoughtful questions, and draw out their real experiences. We want to understand what people genuinely found interesting, surprising, useful, enjoyable, meaningful, or challenging. Ideally, their comments will be personal and specific enough to make someone visiting our website curious about trying the app themselves. Please do not give participants example testimonials to copy or paraphrase. We've prepared detailed creative briefs with product explanations, feedback themes, and interview questions to guide the process without scripting anyone's responses. We're particularly interested in a producer with an established network of diverse, relatable people who can take responsibility for the complete project. THE THREE APPS We need 5–6 different participants for each app. Each app has its own creative brief describing what makes the product special and the kinds of real experiences we'd like to explore. 1. Bible with Original Names — 5–6 Participants App website: iPhone: Android: FULL CREATIVE BRIEF — PLEASE REVIEW: About the App Bible with Original Names is a unique Bible reading app featuring The Way Version, a contemporary English translation that explores Scripture through original names, earlier-language meanings, historical context, and a fresh look at familiar religious expressions. It offers a different perspective on passages people may have read or heard for years. The translation examines how expressions involving forgiveness, compassion, moral failure, turning back, service, love, and everyday wisdom have been communicated through different languages and traditions. It also restores historically informed forms of names such as Yeshua, Yochanan, Maryam, YHWH, Elohim, and Ruach, helping readers connect with the ancient world of Scripture. The app provides an approachable reading experience with tools for reading, exploring, saving, and sharing passages. The Types of Feedback We're Interested In We want genuinely different perspectives from people who try the app. Some may discover something surprising about the ancient language or names. Others may find that a familiar teaching about forgiveness, compassion, or personal growth feels different when expressed another way. Someone who has read the Bible for years might discover a detail they never noticed. A newcomer might find a passage unexpectedly relevant or simply enjoy exploring the Bible for the first time. We're particularly interested in experiences involving: Discovering new meaning in familiar Scripture Practical teachings that connect with everyday life Compassion, mercy, forgiveness, and second chances Original names, ancient language, and historical context Surprising or thought-provoking translation differences Personal reflection, wisdom, and spiritual curiosity Finding the Bible easier or more interesting to explore We don't want six people talking about the same translation difference. We'd love the finished collection to reflect several distinct reasons people find the app interesting or meaningful. The linked Google Doc includes detailed explanations, twelve suggested Scripture passages, different areas of discovery, and natural interview questions. Please read it carefully before briefing participants. 2. Decision: IQ Improver & Mazes
