Must be based in the US — we need someone who lives and breathes current US TikTok trends, slang, sounds, and comedic timing. The job: 42 videos/week (10-40 sec), sent every Monday, delivered edited by the following Monday Style: fast-paced cuts, dynamic captions, humor, current TikTok/Reels editing trends Pay: $650 fixed/month to start (reviewed upward from month 2 based on performance) $0.50 per 1,000 views on every published reel, no cap Average views on our existing accounts run 9,000-18,000/video (some as low as 800, others hitting hundreds of thousands to millions) for reference, even at the low average that's a total potential of $1,400-$2,300+/month Direct access to Instagram analytics so you can track your own performance Send 2-3 examples of your short-form edits + your availability + confirm you're US-based.
