Creator Partnerships Manager, Women's Health, $1000

Med Method Direct, a physician-led virtual medical practice specializing in menopause, hormone optimization, and medical weight loss for women 40+, is seeking a Founding Creator Partnerships Manager to build and scale a national Creator Partnership Program from the ground up. This is a part-time role (15-20 hours per week) focused on business development and growth, not social media management or administrative support. You will recruit, onboard, and manage a growing network of creators who produce educational content around menopause, hormone health, and medical weight loss. Responsibilities include researching and identifying creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, blogs, podcasts, and newsletters; building and managing a creator recruitment pipeline; conducting personalized outreach via email and direct messages; and developing long-term creator relationships. You'll establish the systems, processes, and infrastructure needed to scale this program nationally. Compensation is $1,000 fixed plus performance bonuses.
