Short-Form Video Editor, Med Spa – $500/month

A high-end U.S. medical spa is seeking a short-form video editor to build their content strategy across platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to create scroll-stopping videos with strong hooks, retention-focused pacing, and compelling watch-time curves. You'll edit transformation videos, patient testimonials, educational content, and day-in-the-life pieces that showcase the brand's aesthetic services. You should be fluent in motion graphics, animated text, and smooth transitions while staying current with editing trends. Experience in beauty, med spa, or aesthetics content is highly valued. The role requires 20 hours per week with availability Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday during U.S. Central Time hours, with potential to scale to full-time as the company grows. Compensation is $400 per month base plus up to $100 performance bonus for a total of up to $500 monthly. This is ongoing, long-term work for an editor who understands the psychology of retention and can engineer engagement intentionally.
