Part-time | Remote | 10 hours/week | Initial 30-day paid trial Checkered Crown is a newly launched animated historical adventure brand featuring six original chess-piece characters exploring real historical events. Our ecosystem includes an animated series, interactive chess adventure, educational content, books and merchandise. We're looking for a community growth specialist to help build an authentic audience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. This is not a content scheduling or graphic design position. Our internal AI production team already handles content creation, publishing and analytics. Responsibilities Engage authentically with relevant animation, history and chess communities. Respond to comments and build relationships with interested viewers. Identify relevant creators for potential collaborations. Conduct personalized outreach to small and mid-sized creators. Recommend organic audience-growth experiments. Monitor conversations and provide feedback on content and characters. Help turn first-time viewers into returning followers. Ideal candidate Demonstrated experience growing social accounts from near zero. Strong written English and conversational skills. Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. Experience with entertainment, animation, gaming or educational brands. Comfortable working alongside AI-assisted content production. Understands platform rules and authentic community engagement.
