You do one paid trial: $15-20 for a short ad (depending on the format), from a full brief with a script, frame-by-frame hook direction and a reference ad. 2. The best trials get a second paid round. 3. We hire 1-2 editors on a monthly contract. THE JOB AFTER THE TRIAL - 1-2 ads per day, Monday to Saturday (6-12 a week) - Every brief comes with a script, hook directions and a reference ad, so you never guess - 3 hook variations per concept, one revision round, 48-72h turnaround PAY - $1,000/month base to start, and the base goes up as you prove yourself - PLUS 1-3% of the ad spend on every ad you edit that hits our target. If your ads spend $100k in a month, that's $1,000-$3,000 on top of base. - We're scaling, so the right person grows into lead editor and builds a team under them To be honest: this is not a chill job. It's fast, it's daily, and the feedback is direct.
