About Project Casting Project Casting is a marketplace where TV, film, and advertising productions — plus brands running UGC and creator campaigns — find and book talent. Thousands of creators use the platform to land paid gigs, from brand content to commercials. The role We're looking for an energetic, confident on-camera host to run live virtual webinars that onboard new creators to the platform and get them excited about the paid opportunities waiting for them. What you'll do Host live webinar sessions (Zoom/Google Meet), ~30–45 minutes each plus Q&A — [2–3x per week, schedule TBD] Walk creators through signing up, building a standout profile, and finding/applying to paid gigs Sell the opportunity: why creators should be on Project Casting (paid UGC campaigns, brand deals, commercials) Keep the energy high, engage the chat, handle live Q&A Follow a loose run-of-show we'll provide — bring your own personality to it What we're looking for Confident and natural on camera with great energy — this is the whole job Experience hosting webinars, livestreams, or live events (TikTok Live, IG Live, YouTube Live all count) Understands the creator economy — UGC, brand deals, how creators actually make money Reliable: shows up on time, every time, with a pro audio/video setup US-based preferred (most sessions run on US Eastern time) Bonus points You're a creator yourself with an engaged audience You've done SaaS or platform onboarding before
