UGC Creator – Job Search Tool, €500–€3K/month

Jobzen, the international brand of MeilleursJobs (a French job search platform), is hiring a Spanish-speaking UGC creator for an ongoing monthly video campaign. This is a remote position perfect for creators in Spain or Spanish-speaking regions. The work involves filming 2 short-form videos per day on your phone, speaking directly to camera with no editing required. All scripts are provided monthly and can be adapted to your natural speaking style. Videos are distributed across three dedicated campaign channels: Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (same content across all platforms, so 2 shoots daily, not 6). Compensation is a monthly retainer starting at €500 for 2 videos/day, scaling to €1,500 if covering multiple company tools, plus performance bonuses: €1 per 1,000 views on Instagram and TikTok, and tiered bonuses from €30 at 25,000 views to €400 at 250,000 views per video. Payment is issued monthly by invoice on the 7th of the following month. No minimum follower count required; beginners welcome. Applicants must be comfortable on camera with a Spain-Spanish accent and able to invoice as a freelancer (autónomo).
