Job Description

I’m looking for an IN-PERSON social media content creator to capture engaging Reels/TikTok content for my Afro-Latina-owned mental health and wellness brand, Glow In Therapy, while vending at LatinaFest in Los Angeles on Saturday, September 26 from 12–5 PM. I’ll be featuring Reclaiming My Glow, an affirmation and reflection card deck centered around healing, self-reflection, boundaries, self-worth, and personal growth. I’m looking for someone who understands current, social-first content and can capture authentic moments as they happen. This does not need to feel like traditional event videography — iPhone content is completely welcome. Content to capture may include: booth/branding and décor, product close-ups, attendees interacting with or pulling cards, candid interactions, event atmosphere, short talking-head clips, and plenty of vertical B-roll that can be repurposed for future content. Deliverables: 5 hours of onsite coverage (12–5 PM), all usable raw vertical footage/photos, and 2 edited Reels/TikToks (approximately 15–30 seconds each). Ideally, the first Reel would be delivered within 24 hours and the second within 3 days. The overall aesthetic should feel warm, feminine, culturally vibrant, authentic, empowering, community-centered, and current — not corporate or overly produced. Experience creating content for Latina/Hispanic audiences, wellness/lifestyle brands, culturally rooted brands, women-owned businesses, or community events is a plus. Spanish/bilingual experience is also a plus, but not required. Please share relevant examples of content you’ve personally filmed and edited and confirm that you can be onsite in Los Angeles on Saturday 9/26 from 12–5 PM.
