UGC & Creator Manager – DTC Ecom, $2500+
Job Description
A growing DTC ecommerce brand is seeking a UGC and Creator Manager to own the entire creator department. You'll manage the full creator lifecycle—from daily sourcing and screening to booking, logistics, quality control, and payment processing. You'll also develop creator coaching programs, teaching delivery technique, framing, and on-camera presence through structured onboarding materials. Your core responsibilities include building and managing a retainer pool of 10+ proven creators, casting for story-led talking-head ad formats, and scaling an affiliate and whitelisting program from the ground up. You'll report weekly against hard performance metrics including spend, ROAS, and conversion rates, with direct accountability for profitable creator output. You should have either creator experience or significant exposure directing creators, with the ability to diagnose ad performance from raw footage. You must understand paid social metrics and want to be evaluated on tangible business outcomes. This is a full-scope role requiring focus across sourcing, training, and affiliate management—not a part-time position or one of multiple clients.
