After Effects Editor for Short-Form Reels/TikTok, Long-Term + Paid Test

We're looking for an After Effects editor to take over production of our short-form content (Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts, 9:16) on a long-term basis. This is steady, ongoing work, and it isn't heavy: the compositions are already built, so once you've learned the style, each video follows the same template. What the work looks like You'll get access to an After Effects project with ready-made compositions, so you can see exactly what the final result should look like. Your job is to replicate this style as closely as possible on new videos. Matching the look accurately is the most important part of this role. Reference videos (this is the style we need): How hiring works I'll select 5–10 candidates for a paid test task. The best performers will move on to long-term, ongoing work. Pay Long-term rate: $5–10 per video, depending on quality and speed. At one video per day, that's roughly $150–300 per month of steady, long-term work. The test task is paid at the same rate as a regular video. Delivery schedule I need a steady flow of videos. Two options work for me: One video every day, delivered by 9–10 AM EST, or Several videos in one day, then a break for the following days (as long as the total output stays consistent). Let me know which works better for you. Requirements Working knowledge of After Effects (keyframes, easing, text animation, precomps) Ability to study an existing project and match its style accurately Reliability with deadlines and clear communication Attention to detail In your proposal, please include: Your experience with After Effects (what kind of projects you've worked on) Portfolio links, ideally short-form or motion work Your availability: can you deliver one video daily by 9–10 AM EST, or do you prefer batching several videos per day with days off? Your rate per video To show you've read this post, please start your proposal with the word "Keyframe". Proposals without it will not be reviewed. Looking forward to working with you!
