Content Creator for Tutoring Company

Summary We exist for one reason: all kids deserve the same opportunities, no matter their zip code. We partner with NYC schools to deliver tutoring programs, financial literacy education, and real guidance on scholarships and financial aid. We're looking for someone with a great personality and a sharp mind to be the face of our social accounts. You'll star in original short-form videos every day — teaching, entertaining, and building an audience that trusts us. (we have a list of creators who are already doing this to serve as examples and a bunch of prompts so thinking up ideas wont be a bottleneck) What you'll do: Film and post 1 original short-form video per day across Instagram and TikTok — repurpose winners to YouTube Shorts Teach for real: SAT/ACT tips, math tricks, study hacks, financial literacy — you need to actually know the material, not read a script Bring YOUR personality: energy, humor, authenticity. No corporate voice, no stiff delivery Write your own hooks, captions, hashtags, and calls to action Reply to comments and DMs daily — build a community, not just a feed Track what lands and make more of it You are Magnetic on camera — people keep watching because it's you Smart — you can break down an SAT problem or explain compound interest off the top of your head Native to TikTok and Instagram — you know what works on each feed and why Reliable — every day means every day To apply Send a 1-minute video of yourself teaching anything — a math trick, a vocab hack, whatever shows your brain and your personality. Applications without the video won't be reviewed.
