DK Marketing Hub, a B2B marketing agency specializing in HVAC contractor clients nationwide, is seeking a part-time contract content creator to produce a consistent weekly output of AI-driven video ads and static creative assets. You will produce 10–15 pieces of content per week, approximately 75% video and 25% static, using AI video generation tools such as Higgsfield, Seedance, Runway, or HeyGen to maintain a fast production pace. Your responsibilities include directing and prompting AI video tools to execute consistent creative angles, handling voiceovers (recorded or AI-generated), sourcing and integrating B-roll, editing AI-generated video to publish-ready quality with captions and sound design, and designing static ad creative including price-anchor graphics and offer callouts. All content will follow a Hook Explain Illustrate Teach structure adapted to different contractor client brands, with consistent weekly output as an ongoing content engine rather than project-based work. You should have hands-on experience with AI video generation tools, comfort with voiceover direction and B-roll sourcing, video editing proficiency using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Descript, and basic static ad design skills.
