Smartphone Video Recording | Everyday Tasks | $400

We are hiring participants for a large-scale smartphone video recording project. The work involves recording real everyday activities from a first-person point of view using your own smartphone. You will complete recordings during your normal daily routine, choosing from a provided list of suitable tasks. This is a flexible project that does not require previous experience in video production or data collection. Recordings should clearly capture your hands and the activity being performed. Tasks include cooking, food preparation, making beverages, dishwashing, household cleaning, organizing objects and spaces, laundry folding, pet care, and other hands-on everyday activities. Video editing and social media posting are not required. You can record in multiple sessions throughout the day at your own pace. Compensation is $4 per recorded hour with a maximum of 100 hours ($400 total). Your smartphone must have an ultra-wide 0.5x camera. Compatible devices include iPhone 12 or newer, Samsung Galaxy S21 or newer, and Google Pixel 6 or newer. Ideal candidates have a compatible smartphone, follow instructions carefully, and can participate consistently.
