Roofing UGC Creator – Female Homeowner | $400

A Seattle-area roofing company is seeking a female UGC creator (ages 32–55) to produce authentic, natural-sounding video ads for paid social media. The ideal candidate will embody the relatable "neighbor next door" archetype—genuine, conversational, and comfortable on camera without polished influencer energy. You'll deliver scripts in multiple tones (secretive, excited, frustrated, skeptical-to-sold) with natural American English fluency. The project consists of filming 4 base scripts (approximately 30 seconds each) and 5 hook variations (3–4 seconds each) as talking-head ads. You're encouraged to adapt wording slightly for natural delivery, provided core messaging remains intact. Filming takes place outdoors in front of a residential home with visible roof in the background, shot from 2–3 different camera angles. Scripts will be provided after hiring. Compensation is $400 flat for the complete batch, which includes paid ads usage rights. This is a fixed-rate project with US-based creators only.
